As Women of the Valley, we respect and value your privacy. We are dedicated to keeping all information secure. We do NOT disclose any non-public information except as required by law. We reserve the right to retain personal information for our data base unless specifically requested not to. Information may also be disclosed for audit purposes or for general administration services. We will not release personal information about you to anyone else. 

 

Visual or Photographic Content 
Women of the Valley reserves the right to make use of any photographic or visual contents taken at any of the events for posts on social media, website or for promotional purposes. By attending an event, you are consenting to the use of such content on any of the platforms owned by Women of the Valley unless specifically requested not to. We do not take responsibility for photographic or visual content used outside of Women of the Valley's platforms. 

 

Refund Policy

In the event that you have already paid for the event and are no longer able to attend, for whichever reason, tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. 

 

Online Experience / Use

Though we put every measure in place to ensure that your online experience is excellent, we are not responsible and will not be held liable for any glitches or technical failures that are beyond our control during or before any of the programs/ events that we host online via Live stream or any other online platforms.
